PianoPlanner for Android
Install the PianoPlanner app directly on your Android phone. Smart scheduling, customers, pianos and invoicing — always in your pocket.
Have version 1.1.4 or older? Remove it first
This version has a new digital signature, so Android cannot install it over version 1.1.4 or older (Android then reports that the app was not installed). First remove the old PianoPlanner app: press and hold its icon and tap "Uninstall" (or go to Settings → Apps → PianoPlanner → Uninstall). Then install this version with the steps below and sign in again.
Your appointments, customers and invoices stay safe: they are stored in your PianoPlanner account, not in the app.
New in version
Easier invoicing and scheduling in the app.
- The buttons at the top of an invoice, such as PDF, save and mark as paid, no longer sit under your phone's status bar, so you can tap them.
- In a team account: as the team owner, choose which technician a new appointment is for. The calendar shows each assigned appointment in that technician's colour.
- Schedule an appointment straight from a customer with the Schedule button. The customer is already selected.
- Change the service and price of an existing appointment in the calendar.
Install in 4 steps
Download the file
Tap the button above on your Android phone. The APK file will be downloaded.
Allow installation
When you open the file, Android asks permission to install apps from this source. Tap "Settings" and enable "Allow from this source".
Open the file
Open the downloaded APK (via the notification or your Downloads folder).
Install & open
Tap "Install", then "Open". Sign in with your PianoPlanner account (again, if you had the app before) and you're ready to go.
