How to set up your Podnikání details?

Your working hodin determine when Zákazníci can Rezervovat Schůzky. The system only shows Čas slots within these hodin.

Days a times

When the Zákazník opens the link:

How does it work?

When Zákazníci Rezervovat via their personal link, they automatically see Chytrý Čas suggestions. The system analyzes your existing Schůzky a suggests the most efficient Čas slots.

How does it work?

Instead of manually choosing a Datum a Čas, the Zákazník sees a list of Doporučeno times. These are calculated based on:

• Existing Schůzky - Slots just before or after other Schůzky nearby

• Working hodin - Only within your Dostupný times

What does the Zákazník see?

Distant Zákazníci

Traffic-aware suggestions

When Traffic Prediction is enabled in your Nastavení, Chytrý suggestions take rush hodina a typical traffic patterns into account.

PianoPlanner supports dedicated workshop Čas slots pro work in your own workshop. Set your workshop Dostupnost hodin a they will automatically be blocked in the online Rezervace Kalendář.

Setting up workshop hodin

Go to Nastavení → Workshop to Nastavit your workshop Dostupnost. You can set different hodin pro each Den of the Týden, just like your regular working hodin.

Chytrý Pick Integrace

When you use Chytrý Pick to suggest Schůzka times, it automatically avoids your workshop hodin. This ensures Zákazníci are never offered a Čas slot that conflicts s your workshop Rozvrh.

Not every Schůzka needs a Zákazník record. PianoPlanner lets you quickly Vytvořit walk-in Schůzky a internal workshop tasks directly od your Přehled.

Walk-in Schůzky

When a Zákazník walks in unexpectedly, use the quick walk-in button on your Přehled action sheet. Enter a Jméno a Služba — no need to Vytvořit a full Zákazník record first.

Tasks bez Zákazník

Need to block Čas pro internal work? Vytvořit a task bez linking it to a Zákazník. Perfect pro workshop maintenance, administrative work, or personal Čas blocks.

How to Vytvořit

• od the Přehled: tap the + button a choose 'Walk-in' or 'Task'
• Walk-in: enter a Jméno, choose a Služba, a pick a Čas
• Task: Přidat a Popis a Čas — no Zákazník needed
• Both types appear in your Program a respect your Dostupnost

The Workshop Projekt Planner helps you Spravovat larger workshop jobs — Klavír rebuilds, restorations, or any multi-step Projekt. Track tasks, hodin, deadlines, a link Projekty to Zákazníci a Klavíry.

Creating a Projekt

Navigate to Projekty in the main menu a click 'New Projekt'. Give it a Název, optionally link a Zákazník a Klavír, set a Priorita a deadline, a estimate the Celkem hodin.

Managing tasks

Each Projekt can have multiple tasks. Přidat tasks quickly s the inline input field at the bottom of the task list, or click a task to Upravit details like estimated/actual hodin a due dates.

• Click the circle to cycle Stav: To do → In progress → Done
• Drag tasks by the handle to reorder them
• Track estimated vs. actual hodin per task
• Set due dates — overdue tasks are highlighted in red

Capacity overview

The capacity bar on the Projekty overview shows how many workshop hodin you have used vs. Dostupný this Týden. This is based on your workshop hodin configured in Nastavení → Workshop.

Quotes & Pricing

Turn your Projekt task list into a professional quote. Each task can include pricing Informace that's automatically calculated a ready to Sdílet s your Zákazník.

Excel-style Editing

The task list works like a spreadsheet. Click any cell to Upravit inline. Changes are saved automatically as you Typ. Press Enter to move to the Další row, or Tab to move to the Další column.

Task Types

• Labor — Work hours billed at your hourly rate (set in Settings → Workshop)
• Material — Parts, strings, felt, etc. Track cost price for profit calculation
• Other — Transport, disposal, rental costs

Cost Overview

The cost overview at the bottom shows real-Čas totals pro labor, materials, a other costs. Only tasks marked as 'billable' (green checkbox) are included in the quote. Toggle billable off pro internal tasks you don't want to charge pro.

Exportovat Quote

Click 'Kopírovat Quote' to Kopírovat a text version to your clipboard (perfect pro pasting into emails), or click 'PDF' to open a professionally formatted quote ready pro printing or saving as PDF.

Before creating your first invoice, configure your invoicing settings. Go to Invoices and click the ⚙️ settings icon in the top bar.

Faktura Numbering

There are two ways to Vytvořit an Faktura: od the Program or manually.

od the Program (Doporučeno)

After completing an appointment, create an invoice directly from the agenda. Click on the appointment → choose "Create Invoice". The invoice is automatically prefilled with:

• Zákazník Jméno a details
• Služba Popis s instrument (e.g. "Ladění — Steinway & Sons D")
• Schůzka Datum in the Popis
• Služba Cena od your Služby configuration
• Zákazník Poznámky (as a separate text line)

Ruční Faktura

Go to Invoices → New Invoice. Search and select a customer, then add invoice lines manually. You can add regular lines with prices, or text-only lines for additional notes.

Sending Faktury

Once your invoice is ready, save it as "Sent". You can then email it directly to the customer with a PDF attachment. If you have Mollie configured, a payment link is automatically included.

s PianoPlanner on your homescreen you can Vytvořit a Odeslat Faktury directly od your Telefon — even while you're still at the Zákazník's Umístění.

od a Zákazník Profil

Open a customer in the PWA, scroll down and tap "Create Invoice". A bottom sheet appears where you can:

• Vybrat a Služba — the Cena is automatically filled in
• Přidat a Popis or Poznámky
• Choose the Faktura Stav (Koncept, Odesláno, Zaplaceno)
• Odeslat s payment link — the Zákazník can pay via iDEAL / Wero immediately

Typical Mobile Workflow

PianoPlanner handles DPH differently depending on the Zákazník Typ. This is determined automatically based on the Zákazník Typ set in the Zákazník Profil.

To ensure correct DPH handling, set the Zákazník Typ in each Zákazník Profil:

• Private — Cena inclusive DPH
• Podnikání — Cena exclusive DPH
• School — Cena exclusive DPH

• Theater — Cena exclusive DPH

Přijmout iDEAL, credit card, a Wero payments directly on your Faktury via Mollie. Zákazníci click the payment link in the Faktura E-mail a pay instantly.

Setting up Mollie

PianoPlanner can sync your invoices directly to your accounting software, saving you from manual entry. Go to Settings → Integrations to connect your accounting package.
