How to set up your Vállalkozás details?

How does it work?

• Working óra - Only within your Elérhető times

Distant Ügyfelek

Intelligens Pick Integráció

When you use Intelligens Pick to suggest Időpont times, it automatically avoids your workshop óra. This ensures Ügyfelek are never offered a Idő slot that conflicts -val your workshop Ütemezés.

Walk-in Időpontok

When a Ügyfél walks in unexpectedly, use the quick walk-in button on your Irányítópult action sheet. Enter a Név és Szolgáltatás — no need to Létrehozás a full Ügyfél record first.

Creating a Projekt

Navigate to Projektek in the main menu és click 'New Projekt'. Give it a Cím, optionally link a Ügyfél és Zongora, set a Prioritás és deadline, és estimate the Összesen óra.

Managing tasks

Excel-style Editing

Task Types

• Labor — Work hours billed at your hourly rate (set in Settings → Workshop)
• Material — Parts, strings, felt, etc. Track cost price for profit calculation
• Other — Transport, disposal, rental costs

Cost Overview

The cost overview at the bottom shows real-Idő totals -nak labor, materials, és other costs. Only tasks marked as 'billable' (green checkbox) are included in the quote. Toggle billable off -nak internal tasks you don't want to charge -nak.

Before creating your first invoice, configure your invoicing settings. Go to Invoices and click the ⚙️ settings icon in the top bar.

After completing an appointment, create an invoice directly from the agenda. Click on the appointment → choose "Create Invoice". The invoice is automatically prefilled with:

Once your invoice is ready, save it as "Sent". You can then email it directly to the customer with a PDF attachment. If you have Mollie configured, a payment link is automatically included.
