User Guide

Everything you need to know to get the most out of PianoPlanner

First Steps

Welcome to PianoPlanner! This guide will help you get started quickly. Begin with these essential settings and you'll be ready to book your first appointment within minutes.

Recommended Order

1. Business Details → 2. Working Hours → 3. Service Area → 4. Calendar → 5. Email → 6. Booking Link

Take some time to configure everything properly. This saves you work later and ensures that:

  • Travel times are calculated correctly
  • Customers can only book when you're available
  • Emails look professional with your own details
  • Appointments automatically appear in your calendar
Tip

Use the Onboarding Wizard (Settings → Onboarding) to be guided through the most important settings step by step.

Delete Account & Data

You can permanently delete your PianoPlanner account and all associated data at any time. There are two ways to do this.

Delete it yourself (recommended)

Open Settings

Log in to PianoPlanner (app or website) and go to Settings.

Delete account

Scroll to “Delete account”, confirm, and your account and all data are removed immediately.

Request deletion by email

No longer able to sign in? Send an email to support@pianoplanner.com from the email address of your account, with the subject “Delete my account”. We process every request within 30 days.

Delete only your data (keep your account)

Want to erase your data but keep your account? Go to Settings → Start Over. This permanently deletes your customers, pianos, appointments, invoices, service history, workshop projects and mileage records, while your account, settings and subscription stay intact.

Prefer to request it? Email support@pianoplanner.com with the subject “Delete my data”.

What gets deleted

Your account and all associated data are permanently removed: customers, pianos, appointments, invoices, service history, settings and email templates. This cannot be undone.

Data retention

Self-service deletion is immediate. For email requests, data is removed within 30 days. Invoicing records we are legally required to keep (tax administration) may be retained for the statutory period, after which they are deleted too.
