We never sell your data. Your information is stored securely on European servers. You are and remain the owner of your customer data.

1. What data do we collect?
We process data in two categories:
Category A
- First and last name
- Address data
- Phone number
Category B
- Email address
- IP address
- Browser information
2. Purpose of data processing
We process this data exclusively to:
- Delivering products/services
- Customer service
- Improving our website
- Legal obligations
3. Sharing data and Synchronization
3.1. External Calendar Services: If you activate two-way synchronization, appointment data is exchanged with external parties such as Google (Google Calendar), Apple (iCloud) or Microsoft (Outlook). We have no control over the privacy policies of these third parties.
3.2. Processors: We use trusted sub-processors for hosting (cloud infrastructure), email delivery and payments. Data processing agreements compliant with applicable privacy regulations (including the GDPR) have been concluded with these parties.
3.3. No selling: We will never sell or rent your data or your customers' data to third parties for marketing purposes.
4. Security and Storage
4.1. Security: We take appropriate technical and organizational measures to protect data against loss or unlawful processing, including SSL encryption and secured databases.
4.2. Local storage (PWA): When using the Progressive Web App, certain data may be stored locally on your device to enable offline use and fast synchronization. You are responsible for the physical security of your devices.
5. Retention period
We retain your data as long as your account is active. After termination of your subscription, we retain your data for a maximum of 30 days to enable export. After that, all customer data is permanently deleted, unless legal retention obligations require us to retain it longer.
6. Your rights
Under applicable privacy law, you have the following rights regarding your personal data:
- Right of access
- Right to rectification
- Right to erasure
