Yes, you can easily import customers via CSV or Excel files. If you're a Gazelle user, you can directly import your customer and piano exports.

Can I switch from Gazelle to PianoPlanner?

Yes, you can import your Gazelle data (clients, pianos, events) in about 5 minutes via CSV upload. PianoPlanner automatically maps all Gazelle export fields.
